You collaborate closely with operations, sales and finance teams, ensuring supply plans are aligned with business needs, while providing visibility on risks, constraints, and trade-offs.
With production sites in the Netherlands, France, Hungary and China, as well as distribution hubs in the Netherlands and the UK, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Director of Aalberts IPS EMEA/APAC.
Key responsibilities:
• Own and drive the supply planning process, ensuring feasible supply plans are aligned with demand forecasts;
• Provide structured supply and inventory inputs into the SIOP process, including projections, risks and mitigation scenarios;
• Drive the monthly supply review with the plants to ensure plan execution and adherence;
• Take full responsibility for inventory management, optimizing stock levels across service, cost, and risk;
• Monitor inventory health, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, and drive corrective actions;
• Ensure alignment between supply capabilities and commercial expectations, addressing risks and trade-offs;
• Track key KPIs such as OTIF, DIO and plan adherence;
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives within planning and inventory processes.

• Master degree in supply chain / logistics;
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or supply planning, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role;
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, production operations, and inventory management;
• Proven experience with SIOP processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams;
• Practical and proactive problem solver: confident, mature, calm under pressure, with a positive attitude;
• Living in the Netherlands, due to the location of our office/team;
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
