The Manager Pricing Excellence plays a crucial role in optimizing pricing strategies to drive profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable growth. This role requires balancing market dynamics, customer expectations, and internal profitability goals while ensuring pricing consistency and transparency across regions and product lines. The Manager Pricing Excellence reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
The main challenge lies in developing and implementing data-driven pricing models that enhance margin optimization without compromising market share or customer relationships. The Manager Pricing Excellence must navigate fluctuating raw material costs, competitive pressures, and evolving customer demands, while leveraging pricing analytics, segmentation strategies, and value-based pricing approaches.
Success in this role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills to ensure pricing excellence becomes a competitive advantage for the company.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sector.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify pricing trends, and develop data-driven pricing strategies. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a
• Understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning to drive profitability and growth.
• Experience with pricing software, ERP (SAP, Oracle), and CRM tools to optimize pricing structures and processes.
• Ability to lead pricing initiatives, improve pricing frameworks, and implement best practices across different business units.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, finance, and marketing teams, aligning pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Experience in Margin & Profitability Optimization – Knowledge of cost structures, discounting strategies, and margin improvement techniques.
