As manager CRM, you play a crucial role in optimizing customer relationship management processes to enhance sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. The main challenge in this role is to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the CRM system across the organization, enabling sales, marketing, and customer service teams to maximize efficiency and customer insights. The CRM Specialist reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
In a complex B2B environment, such as the piping systems industry, it is essential to maintain accurate customer data, streamline workflows, and develop reporting structures that drive actionable business intelligence. The CRM Specialist must bridge the gap between technology and business needs, continuously improving the system’s functionality, user adoption, and overall impact on commercial success.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain, configure, and continuously improve the CRM system to enhance usability, efficiency, and business impact (Micosoft Dynamics);
• Provide training and support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure proper use and adoption of the CRM system;
• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date customer and sales data by implementing data governance best practices;
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends;
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales and customer management processes;
• Ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other business tools (ERP, marketing automation, customer support platforms, etc.);
• Work closely with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and ensure cross-functional collaboration.

• bachelor's Degree: Typically in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field;
• at least 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management;
• knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics;

• experience in integrating CRM systems with other tools like marketing automation and sales platforms;
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve customer service and sales strategies;
• ability to generate and present reports based on customer data;
• maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy;
• develop and execute marketing campaigns within the CRM system;
• create and manage customer segments for personalized communication;
• provide training and support to team members using the CRM system.
