We are looking for a candidate that will support strategic and operational decision-making in various countries in EMEA by transforming data into actionable insights. The role combines financial analysis, business partnering, and BI development to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and business performance.

Key responsibilities:
• prepare revenue, margin, customer, and market analysis;
• support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes;
• monitor actual performance, identify risks, opportunities and recommend actions;
• provide recommendations to improve profitability by customers or channel;
• build business cases, scenario models, and strategic analyses;
• develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reporting;
• partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support decision-making.
You will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Controller, working closely with the rest of the finance team and the commercial teams.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business;
• 2–5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Consulting, PE, Investment Banking, or a similar analytical role;
• strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills;
• expert with Excel and BI tools such as Power BI;
• excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• ability to collaborate with different stakeholders (from executive to peer level);
• proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn;
• available for 32 – 40 hours per week.
