Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Manager
As the SIOP Manager EMEA/APAC, you will lead the implementation and coordination of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process across the region. This key role involves overseeing forecasting, planning, and inventory control to ensure we meet customer demand (on-time and in-full) while optimizing inventory and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams —sales, marketing, production, and finance—to ensure alignment and streamline operations.
With production sites in the Netherlands, France, Hungary, and Taiwan, as well as distribution hubs in the Netherlands and the UK, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Director of Aalberts IPS EMEA/APAC.
• Implement and lead the end-to-end SIOP process, including demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory management.
• Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, finance) to align demand and supply planning.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather input for accurate demand forecasts.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure that production and delivery schedules are met without overstocking or stockouts.
• Work closely with senior leadership and functional departments to communicate SIOP outcomes and align on business priorities and strategies.
• Develop and maintain KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of the SIOP process, including forecast accuracy, production performance, inventory turnover and OTIF targets.
• Implement corrective actions when performance deviates from established targets or when issues arise.
An analytically strong connector with natural leadership qualities. You intuitively understand interests, are able to remove emotion from decisions, and facilitate strategic choices with substantiated analyses. You are communicatively strong and able to build relationships independently at an international level.

• Master degree in supply chain / logistics or business administration;
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or operations planning, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role;
• Proven experience with the implementation of SIOP processes, demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Previous change management leadership experience.
• Ability to work with data and develop reports and insights using tools like Excel, and (Power) BI.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Practical and proactive problem solver: confident, mature, calm under pressure, with a positive attitude.
• Currently living in the Netherlands, due to the location of our office/team.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
